We offer a full refund for all ProGo subscription payments within 14 days of the initial purchase, without any exceptions or conditions.
If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
After the 14-day refund period has expired, payments are non-refundable.
Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider (Merchant of Record).
